As a virtual assistant, I should be all about outsourcing. Trouble is… I don’t have time to think strategically about what I could pass off to someone else. I am proud though that I have managed to outsource one thing in my life — the cooking. Our local meal assembly place Pass Your Plate will assemble the meals for you if you want. We have a small family, so we have the entrees split. For less than $200, we got 20 meals. Each meal feeds us with just enough left over for lunch. The meals are heated up on the stove or in the oven — so they taste really fresh. It is like having a made from scratch meal every night. We are going out a lot less.
It feels a little indultgent to have a month’s worth of meals in my freezer — but it nice to spoil onself sometimes
