It’s like trick or treat for adults

OK– I admit it.  I really miss trick or treating.  And not just because I *love* chocolate… or dressing up.  I was still appearing in various theatrical productions well into college mainly because I loved the costumes.

Nope, the thing I like the most about trick or treating was simply the act of getting new surprises at every house.  There was a variety of candy to be sampled and you never knew what was around the corner.

This year, I’m going trick or treating with my 4 year old. But, being the grown up is just not the same.
