Autoresponders act as your 24/7 sales force, which allows you to follow up with customers automatically. You can be on a beach somewhere or asleep at home in your bed and your autoresponder will continue to do business for you.

Signing up for an autoresponder lets you send out messages when people sign up for your list or newsletter, buy a product from you, or just when you have an offer to promote. You can also use an autoresponder to send out an e-course in which you provide mini-lessons every day or every week. Once the lessons are pre-loaded into the autoresponder the messages will be sent out at the days and times in which you have requested without you having to do it manually. Probably one of the most well known autoresponders is Aweber.
